WebSonar combines an intelligent search engine with a built in web server to provide browser based document management, including search, sharing, authorization, markup and acquisition services to any connected client.
WebSonar is used to search specific groups of documents called libraries. WebSonar searches at the page level (Deep Water Search Engine).
You create your library by installing WebSonar and then copying your documents into the library folder on your own computer. WebSonar indexes and dynamically converts your document content to HTML to display the search results to the requesting client. You can publish your library on a network or the Internet by simply turning on remote access in the WebSonar application.
