This is the free C++ compiler and related utilities from Microsft. Its the same C++ compiler that comes with the Visual Studio package. It works fine under CrossOver office except for the .NET stuff. The installer doesn't install it successfully because of the .NET stuff, but the installed files can be directly copied from a Windows machine and run on Linux with CrossOver.
