The mouse pointer (the 'real' one, not the emulated RISC OS pointer) behaves weirdly in windowed mode, snapping back to the centre of the VRPC window all the time. This means that the emulator can't be configured (except by hand-editing the configuration file), as it isn't possible to get enough control over the pointer to click the icons and menus.
