In windowed mode there are some odd visual glitches: there's a large black area at the top of the emulated display, and the display is offset downwards and to the right (and clipped). The status info (mips, frame rate) flicker over the top of the emulated RISC OS display. Sometimes the display doesn't update at all, and you just see a black rectangle. Basically, windowed mode isn't usable.
