the CureIt! executable is named funny when downloaded
When CureIt! executable is downloaded from the website, it is assigned a funny name, something like 5qt46av2.exe. This is done to thwart attempts of malware to prevent the scanner from running.
Later, when an update is downloaded from within the running CureIt! executable, it is usually called "update.exe" (probably a bug, allowing malware to block download).
