BlackBaud offers a hosted online version that works ok but slowly and kludgy on Mac using Citrix receiver. Particularly as arts and education not-for-profits cross over to Mac platforms, a real hurdle is what to do with Raisers Edge, and how to not lose the significant financial investment in it. It's basically an interface to a relational SQL database, and the data resides on a MS SQL server.
