Suunto Training Manager is an integral part of the Suunto t6 and/or Suunto Memory Belt. It stores and organizes training sessions, allowing athletes to analyze their performance.
Athletes can view their performance over a single workout or a specific period of time, with a detailed analysis of seven different body parameters including:
- Heart rate
- EPOC (Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption, ml/kg)
- EPOC based Training Effect (1-5 scale describing the result of the cumulative aerobic load of the training session)
- Respiration Rate (breaths per minute)
- Respiration Volume (liters/minute)
- Oxygen Consumption (VO2, ml/kg/min.)
- Energy Expenditure (kcal)
Suunto heart rate monitors are used by many people who are serious about fitness - but there's no Mac support, other than using Boot Camp
