Rivaling Rollercoaster Tycoon is SimCoaster from EA Games. You start out with the basic level at one of the amusement parks you can control. As you complete challenges, achieve goals, win awards, and simply make your theme park ever more exciting, you open up new areas and even new theme parks! You battle cost with revenue, which gets ever more harder with each park. If you ever get bored of what you have, you can research new rides! With the realistic needs of repair, cleaning up (vomit and trash), and keeping pranksters away, you'd think you did own a park. Better yet, you can ride your own rides! Even walk through your park, visiting your sideshows and food stores. But if you find ultimate fun in building and riding your own rides in a closed environment, you can use the coaster builder that comes with the game. Do an excellent job and you will replace the retiring president of one of the best park companies in the world!
