Simcity 2000 is a game that allows you to build and run your own city by controlling many aspects of the city. It also allows you to shape the land before even starting the construction of your city (edit new map) and you can change and customise the look of building through the many tile sets included. I'm not sure about compatibility of the urban renewal kit that comes with Simcity200 but you can give it a try. Simcity2000 ran very slowly on my computer (I have a 5 year old computer) so a reasonably fast computer is needed to emulate this game at proper speed. Since the release of this game in about 1996, there have been 2 more versions of the game made and sold. Simcity200 is currently the 2nd game in its series.
