SciFinder Scholar 2006 installs perfectly with Mandriva 2006 and Crossover 6.0. Everything works including the saving of searches (but not with Crossover 5.0). The new SciFinder Toolbar application for Internet Explorer does not work. Both Scifinder Scholar 2006 and Scifinder Scholar 2007 work with Mandriva 2008 and Crossover 6.2.
