QSE Level II is a notation-based sequencer that allows music composition/arranging, MIDI and MP3 playback and audio editing using a music notation editor or a visual "piano roll" editor. This is a very advanced program with visual and text controller editors, mixer, track sheet, event list, song editor and many more features at a very reasonable price. Completed sound works can be saved in the native file format or exported as MIDI, MP3 of an XML file for importing into another program.
