PHPRunner is a wizard-style application that creates set of attractive-looking PHP pages to access and modify any local or remote MySQL database. Using its generated PHP pages, users can search, sort, edit, delete, and add data into database.
Unfortunately it is only available for M$ Windows. I have already got it working on Ubuntu Feisty by installing a load of Micro$oft stuff first But it is far from smooth and still needs work.
Fortunately, we have the cooperation and blessing of its developers.
