Netlor Studio is a free web design tool aiming to allow the end user to create and manage himself his web site.
It features templates for easy startup as well as for common forms and CGI.
Unfortunately it uses vb6 runtime as well as MDAC which must already exist on the target system.
Installation fails uterly after extration of the installshield files. It says the installer cannot access INSTMSIW.exe.
