Written as the senior project by students at Digipen. These students, Jeep Barnett, Dave Kircher, Garret Rickey, and Kim Swift, were hired by Valve, and subsequently developed Portal. Narbacular drop is short, has thin "rescue the princess" plot, but was the origin of the "Portal gun", and developed some of the key properties of portals used to such great effect in Valve's Portal.
