This is the 1st Paragraph from the Owners Manual:Note: "Prior to using the MIDI AssistantTM, a USB flash drive must be inserted into any of the three USB ports on the MIDI AssistantTM. A USB flash drive is included with the MIDI AssistantTM. This USB flash drive has already been loaded with the folders that are required for the MIDI AssistantTM to function properly. If a USB drive is inserted, but does not contain the necessary folders, the message, “Folders Missing! Create? Yes/No” will show on LCD display. Press “+/YES” to create the folders on the drive."
