MDL Chime 2.6 Media

Chime can also display crystalline structures. Here a Diamond crystal.
And a digestive enzyme: Carboxypeptidase enzyme in 'cartoon' mode, still coutersy of the Virginia Tech Chemistry Learning Center.
Now a more complex moledule: the Rhodopsin protein, here represented in 'ribbon' mode on the Virginia Tech Chemistry Learning Center.
This is an example of a simple ATP molecule displayed in Chime. In addition to letting you rotate and zoom the molecule, Chime lets you choose how it is displayed and even includes the stereo mode which was used here. On the left you can see the 'balls and sticks' representation while to the right you have the simple 'sticks' representation.
