After an intro, the CD is a series of lessons covering consonants, vowels and some some special combinations. There are revision activities as well as some advice on how to improve one's lipreading/speechreading skills.
A good range of activities and a simple but elegant structures. For example early lessons show a short movie of a word being spoken without sound, and you can replay it as often as you want. When you have decided what the word is you click to proceed, and the word is shown and it is then played with sound turned on.
