Ligos Indeo Codecs

Intel Architecture Labs implemented one of the first, and at the time highest-quality, software-only video codecs, which was marketed as "Indeo Video". Although this codec has been largely superseded/replaced by newer video codecs over the years, a number of win32 games and media players still require the codec library distributed with this package.
