Saw a splash screen, then a Window that was blank except for Windows menus in which some commands worked. Because I chose Help | About iCall, a splash screen is visible showing that iCall 4.0 is running, although I have to rank it Known Not to Work.
iCall is a computer program that runs on your PC which lets you make free calls and receive free calls. Anywhere you have a desktop or laptop with an Internet connection, you can enjoy the cost-saving benefits of iCall free calling.
iCall 4.0 requires Windows 2000, XP or Vista, and the website mentions Beta versions that also addressed Mac OS X and Linux, but no iCall client is available to download for those platforms. There is a limited web version and also a full version for iPhone.
