Grapher renders 2D and 3D graphs of numerical data. It is the best software on the market for this type of engineering/scientific application. unfortunately it does not offer compatibility with MacOSX. I tried with my version of crossover. It has some degree of compatibility but fails at input of any text in the graphs.
