Reasons to support VC++ Toolkit 2003

Reasons to support this app (and vote for it!):

-It already works, only the install program is problematic
-It would let everyone compile native Windows apps under Wine
-It is free to download and use
-It is an official Microsoft product (good for testing the API)
-It lets corporations that need to maintain old DLL do it from Linux, openning possibly profitable new markets
-Relatively simple set of command-line programs
