I believe the application support can safely be upgraded to silver.
Hardware
Dell D620, intel 1.66Ghz dual core, 2GB memory
Operating System
OpenSUSE 11.3, KDE 4.5.5, Crossover 10.1.0, mesa 7.8.2-1.3, xorg-x11 7.5-12.3.1, i915 kernel module
Installation
Installation went without a hitch, only issue to report is that somewhere near the end of the installation I thought the program hang. The problem was that a dialogue window of the installation program did not get the focus so you have to do an ALT-TAB to bring it to the foreground. The rest of the install went fine.
Playtime!
With earlier versions of crossover I bought, I used to have problems with the mini-map. It would stay blank throughout the game. I couldn't call the game playable as it always seemed to have problems with overlaying the exact position of objects on the map. You could really notice this with objects that seemed to fall off the grid at the edges of the map. With this version of crossover, I did not have those problems, games was playable (instant battle), fullscreen works. I sometimes experienced some kinda lag with the mouse but that could be attributed to the mousepad on this laptop. Haven't tried an external mouse yet. Also the configuration window for the instant battle section, is not 100% flawless. It takes some getting used to and clicking on items a number of times before you get the settings you want. I did not expect this since it's just a configuration window. But the most important thing is that the game installs and works!
