Surprising that it does not work

I'm surprised nobody is running this game via Crossover. It is (supposedly) supported by PortingKit so I assumed it would work. However, it shows the infinite loading screen on startup. Did anybody have any luck running it? I am using classic (non-Remastered) version, Steam.
