Not out of business

The company, Pixmantec, is not out of business. See http://pixmantec.com/.

Also, strictly speaking, there is no product called RawShooter. There's RawShooter Essentials, which is free, and RawShooter Premium, which costs $59. I've only used Essentials, but I would rate it as bronze. I have found no problems with functionality, but there are some screen drawing issues (with the "snapshot" tabs, in case anyone cares).

Hi Peter,

I care!

in case you are still around: your post made me try crossover to get this app running under Linux. As most of the stuff I do with my private PC is related to image handling, it finally made it easier for me to wipe off Windows from both my notebook and my desktop.

Now, I became even advocate for this app and I will haunt the crossover guys until this "unknown/out of business" dissappears...

Timo
