Quicktime 6

Hi, i'm using the demo version of Crossover standard and i installed Quicktime 6.5 and the plugins installed ok but when I go to a site such as apple.com to view some trailers all I get is the broken quicktime icon. I followed the FAQ's about fixing that problem but still no luck. I went to the apple site and looked at thier suggestion and it says about active-x not being enabled
Please Help
I'm using Fedora Core 3 with Firefox

Be sure you disable prelink in FC3. This causes problems with CX.

As root:
/usr/sbin/prelink -ua

Make sure the mozilla plugins for CX are visible to Firefox. Go to the Firefox URL and type:
about:plugins

If you see a reference there, then it should be working correctly.

Joe

this did not work for me, I see plugins installed but when I go to apple.com to watch a trailer it shows a broken quicktime icon.
