Using 6.0 beta 1, it does install and load.
It also can load a .wav file and play it back. (I only tested with a 2gig wav file I need to edit.). Select and delete do work.
What is NOT working -
When attempting to adjust the level of the audio file, (Effects menu, Amplitude, Amply/Fade) only one bar of the two that are present are there.
Software tested - Adobe Audition 1.5 educational edition.
I only ran a QUICK test and have not tested to see what other features do and do not work at this time. (I will be submitting info to codeweavers as I find out what does and does not work.)

12/24/2006 Update -
It does work on my Macbook Pro. I have noticed that audio recording will not work. (No device found.) Playback and editing does work. If you require audio recording on the Mac, use Audacity (freeware, I recommend version 1.32betaa which has been stable for me) .
When editing audio on the road, its worked fine and does allow most features to work with no problems. The biggest issues that I have seen is that the edges of some of the windows do not show up completely in the screen. And that you can't record in Audition.
