As of February 8 2011, Adobe no longer supports or provides security updates for Flash Player 9. Adobe recommends that all Flash Player users on supported systems upgrade to the most recent version. You can get the most recent version of Flash Player from the Flash Player Download Center.
If your computer does not meet the system requirements for installing the latest version of Flash Player, you can continue to use Flash Player 9.
