BaKoMa TeX is a complete TeX/LaTeX implementation for Microsoft Windows VISTA/XP/2000.
It includes BaKoMa TeX Word, which is the only WYSIWYG LaTeX Editor I know of (LyX and Scientific Word are different; with BakoMa TeX Word, you can edit the LaTex file directly, and have the changes appear in the DVI viewer). Instead of having to recompile your LaTeX document everytime you want to check what you've done, with BaKoMa TeX Word changes made to the LaTeX file appear in real time in the DVI viewer window. One can also edit text within the DVI viewer window, and the corresponding changes will be made to your LaTex input file.
I've found it works fine in Parallels, except that it does not run fast enough (e.g., it repeatedly "hangs" momentarily) (I'm using a 2008 MacBook Pro with a 2.5 GHz Intel T9300 Core 2 Duo); so it is a good candidate for crossover (if I understand correctly that crossover allows apps to run natively).
