Mostly we code...sometimes we write. Every once in a while, we podcast.

Hell no, it's not a coincidence!

Many of you wait with bated breath every year for our ridiculous Cyber Monday sale in November. Well now, let me introduce you to our first annual summer CrossOver sale: Midsummer Madness—where CrossOver+ AND CrossOver Life* are 30% off with deal code MM2024.

Is it a coincidence that our Midsummer Madness sale commences on the same day that the Steam Games summer sale kicks off? Hell no!

We want our fellow Mac Gamers to enjoy the same perks of the Steam game sale as much as their Windows counterparts. Hundreds of Windows games on Steam work with CrossOver and it is easy to find out which ones in our compatibility center. Simply type in the name of the game and search. You can also scroll through our Instagram account for games that have been tested and approved by our diligent QA team.

This sale goes through July 11, 2024, so we highly encourage you to FIRST download the FREE TRIAL of CrossOver. The free trial has all the bells and whistles of the paid version, but since CrossOver isn’t perfect, we want you test out your apps and games before you buy (and no, we don’t ask for a credit card with the trial).

I bought Satisfactory and it works surprisingly well, with nice framerates, though it drains battery quite fast :-)

I got Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade and Cyberpunk 2077. They both running beautifully and are a blast to play on my M1 Pro MacBook Pro.

2

I bought Armored Core VI, I love FromSoftware and hadn’t played any of the Armored Core games. Having a blast so far, works great on CrossOver!

Another Crab’s Treasure. Amazing compatibility with my M3 MacBook Pro. 🦀

For me, the Steam game was Overwatch 2. Man I'm so glad it runs well on my Mac mini M2 Pro on 1440p (wide-screen actually). One of the eSport games I can play!

Bough CrossOver in November and played Stray. Amazing performance, controller compatibility is great. Now I'm playing The Exit 8 and Platform 8 and a game with a local installer. Pretty straight-forward way to run a local game!

1

I played the Elden Ring.
I also got The Last Of Us Part I but it does not run. I heard that this is because some AVX problems and hope this can be solved after Apple's GPTK 2.

1

I got GTA V for my M2 Mac and it works great. Now, We'll have more compatible games to play with GPTK 2.0.
Thanks guys 😍

I don't care who laughs at me, I'm totally going to grab Little Kitty, Big City! I need some lighthearted cuteness to decompress and de-stress lately. Good to see it's got good support listed in the compatibility center too!

Well that sucks because I just bought lifetime using education discount (20% off) instead of this deal with 30% off. 😏

First thing i want to play is LotrO, I've been playing since I was a teen and I really missed it.

1

I purchased CrossOver 1 year license in November 2023 and I’m playing GTA V and The Witcher III Wild Hunt smoothly great on my M1 Max MacBook Pro (all high settings with high fps as well).I’m considering purchasing lifetime version… why not? I love it!

I got Spore! Such a classic and it runs incredibly well.

I bought The wither 3. works perfect!

I went old school with Deus Ex on my M3 MBP. Install Steam, Steam installs Deus Ex. Boom

Don't we all? No judgement here, enjoy!

Have been enjoying so much Elden Ring! Works flawlessly :)

Being a dad and working full time i only have time to jump on a game for 1-2 hours a day but crossover allows me to join a quick match of Phasmophobia or Lethal company with my friends on Steam without leaving my desk at home. Most games run fine (+100 fps) on my Macbook Pro allowing me to get my game fix without having to buy a dedicated game PC.

1

I got Chants of Sennaar and played it through Crossover!

1

I bought Titanfall 2 and it plays flawlessly! Running on a base m1 MacBook Air.

Also I used an origin fix so that I don’t have to use the EA launcher which makes it even easier! Crossover has definitely come a long way!

1

I have been using CrossOver since before it was 2 separate programs CrossOver and CrossOver Games back in the day, a Steam game like Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge with online play against others is great.

1

YAZS runs great! So does MW5 Mercenaries!
