On April 30th in several trouble tickets it was announced that a new beta was "coming out today." 5 Days later I still see 9.0.0b4 as the only beta version available in my downloads. I was lamenting this on another forum today and someone posted that they were up to beta 7 (which was offered to them by email) from this link: http://www.codeweavers.com/beta/crossover/download/. When I click on that link I get an access denied error. Is CXG running a closed beta?

Well, it's closed in as much as it's only available to advocates via  

the links you cited : I see your account type is 'customer' -- you would
need nominate yourself as an advocate to access most beta builds. This all
said, if you're having a specific problem with 9.0b4 and would like to check
if b7 remedies things, send an email to info@codeweavers.com explaining the
situation and they might be able to give you access to the 9.0b7 build...

Don, thank you for the quick and informative reply. It was unfortunate wording for the staff to post "there's a new beta coming out today" in several ticket responses when they didn't intend to offer us access to the beta. I applied to be an advocate because I'd be more than happy to comment on the apps I use and the new beta in exchange for an opportunity to be able to use CXG again.
