wine version per bottle ?

I'm wondering if it makes sense to specify a wine version in each bottle. For example, right now I would like to :-

  • for MS Office, use the supported crossover version
  • for mapsource ( app id 1432 ) use a very recent version of wine
  • for photostitch ( app id 625 ) use wine 0.9.49 + patch

It is a great idea. It is not something that will be in 7.0, but maybe a version in the future.
