So, I really wanted to try downloading some audio books from my library which uses this application, Media Console. Apparently, there is no way to play protected WMA or WMV files on a Mac, and that is the only format the library has, unfortunately. I downloaded the Crossover demo and tried installing it, but I didn't have any luck with an XP or a Vista bottle. If anyone else finds out how to install it, please let me know!
I must say how excited I am at the prospect of being able to run simple Windows apps on a Mac with very little effort, though. Just for fun, I tried Internet Explorer to test out some websites. It's pretty amazing that it's possible to run Windows apps without Windows. Keep up the good work!
