Since installing the 7.0.080415 build, Steam windows have become very jittery as I move them around the desktop, and they move very slowly. Let me know if I can provide you with any more details. I suppose it could just as easily be something introduced by the 10.5.3 update.
Here's my machine:
Mac OS X 10.5.3
Santa Rosa MBP @ 2.2Ghz
4GB RAM
128MB VRAM
120GB HD
