Excel 2007 - still cannot open password protected spread sheets -- error message suggest capslock is on / check etc
Outlook 2007 -- still seeing the same issues that I have open tickets for under 7.X.X namely:
1.Ticket 685801 - Outlook 2007 / Crossover 7.01
2.Ticket 685814 - Wineloader - non responding process --- normally have one non-responsive windeloader process idling at 2%ish, with Outlook 2007 running, get a second process, and it will peak eventually at around 90+% .. takes a while, but it always happens
Saw something new today -- while using Outlook 2007, mouse pointer changed to little white envelope with three trailing lines (hard to capture, maybe with iphone next time), and as a result Outlook menus etc became non-responsive.
Also, the Outlook 2003 / 2007 exit bug is still there - approx 50% get the error message process hasn't terminate etc when exiting
At least my unsupported software still runs, so thats something 😊
currently a paying customer for Crossover Games, however little miffed that the free software give-away day was the day AFTER I bought cxgames, and I missed that day too so was unable to get the standard Crossover Linux either :(
I want to test out 8.0.0, however I'm sceptical that if I buy Crossover 7 I'll have to repurchase it when 8 comes out on final release. I'd like to know if I'm wrong, and was wondering if I'm eligible to test it at my current licence level. Cheers.
When you purchase, you get a support entitlement lasting a certain number of months (it depends on what specific product you purchase). That support entitlement includes any upgrades we release while it is active.
Since CrossOver Pro/Standard 8.0 is due to be released in the near future, buying 7.1 now will include 8.0 at no extra charge.
