Hello,

I've been searching the web on how to make WINE usb aware in a hardware level but, it seems it's not possible.

It would be great that crossover had a tool to redirect usb ports in someway, I think this would be a great reason for other users to buy crossover.

I have some equipment that uses usb dongle and I wonder it it's possible by doing some changes on the registry.

On the mean time I guess I'll need to use a VM to make my equipment work. If someone knows how to do it please let me know.

I completely agree. USB support should be top priority. Many, many, programs would start to work with Crossover once it is implemented. And since VMs like Virtualbox have it implemented, I strongly suppose that it is possible. USB 1 support is open source in Virtualbox if I'm not mistaken. That's probably a great starting point to USB implementation in Crossover / Wine.
