Hello hive,
Soon released macOS Sequoia will provide AVX* support with Rosetta2 and GPTK2 so there's been a lot of hope to finally get AoE4 running through CX.
Sadly, so far (Sequoia 15.0 RC), it's been a no go on my side, either with regular Crossover 24.0.0.5 or with latest Crossover Preview. The "AVX missing" error is gone for sure, yet the game won't launch.
Has anyone been able to get further, maybe getting some information about what prevents the game from launching ?
It's especially frustrating when reports show Age of Mythology Retold will run.
Any help will be appreciated.
