Application installed and runs - but what have I missed...?

I've successfully installed a specialist program (Musition and Auralia) I use for my studies. The program even opens, but in order for me to be able to use it, I have to open it via a link on the university webpage.

So currently if I click that link it says 'Google Chrome OS can't open this page.'

Any advice would be awesome!

Sounds like a uni wifi restriction, does your school use a firewall etc?
