Installing a program without an installer

I installed a new program that did not have an installer. I created a bottle and manually moved all the program files into a folder on the C:Drive. The program runs OK when run from CrossOver Programs->Run Command, but does not show up in the Programs menu. Only programs that were successfully installed by the CrossOver install process are visible in the Programs menu.

I would like to have my new program available under the CrossOver Programs menu. I tried rebuilding the Programs menu but that didn't work. Any suggestions?

Does this help?
Create a launcher application icon for a .exe

Thanks for the suggestion. That worked!

That's a good idea.
What I did was create a shortcut alias for my program, and put it on my desktop.
