Whenever i try to open Steam, it just shows a window saying "verifying update" for about 3 seconds or so before the window closes. The app is still open apparently, but there aren't any available windows view

Sorry, verifying installation not update. Also, sometimes it doesnt even show this window, just opens the app but without any windows visible
