I just got a fancy M3 Ultra Mac Studio with the un-binned chip. When I fire up Diablo IV, it launches but freezes on the login screen for a minute or two, and exits (most of the time). When it doesn't exit, I can get to the login screen, but it says "reconnecting to battle.net" in the upper left corner.
I can log in and play just fine on the M1 Max Macbook Pro. I put in a ticket on Sunday, but have not heard back yet.
Any help would be appreciated. Ticket Number: [1479908]
[Update]
I figured it out. It was the MacOS firewall blocking me from properly connecting to the game servers.
That's odd you've not gotten a response yet. If you want, I have a bottle made that will work, and I posted a video of it working in another forum thread. Look me up on Discord on their server I go by "James," and I'll get you a link to it. But before you do that, write a follow-up to your ticket they may be trying to fix this Diablo issue. If I don't answer, I'll answer as soon as I hop on. :) I'd rather give it on a person by person basis than posting a direct link to my gdrive in a forum. I hope you understand.

The same goes for anyone else having a hard time with it. I've given the bottle to a few people all you need to do is change the language to your language upon installation. And it works with the actual b.net update. I have NO IDEA why my bottle works for some and doesn't for others.
I think you just gave me the idea I needed to fix my bottle. I have a fully working bottle on my laptop. I just have to research how to transfer it to my desktop.
But, why think for myself when I can just ask AI how to do it. :-)
If you want to move your bottle from one machine to another, that's simple, though there's an option to have it packed and kitted up for you. That bottle was made on my MBP Max M4 laptop and moved over to the M1/ 16 GB RAM machine I use as a server.
