Mouse Input Not Tracking Correctly on Multi-Monitor Setup

Hello --

After the update from version 24 to 25, mouse input is no longer tracking properly on a multi-monitor setup. I have two monitors (well, one external monitor, and then the internal screen on my 2022 Macbook Air M2 running MacOS Sequoia 15.3.1. Two applications that I am using both have this issue - Quicken for Windows and KeePass local password encryption.

I use the external 4K monitor as my main monitor and then the MacBook screen off to the side running as a secondary screen. When I start either of Quicken or KeePass, and have them on the main 4K monitor, neither of them will register clicks when clicking on sub-windows/dialog boxes/menus/options that are within the main application window. They both will register clicks on the menu bar of the application. Also, I can't drag them to the right on the main monitor past about 1/3 of the main of the screen. However - if I drag them back to the smaller Macbook air "secondary" screen, they both function perfectly. It's almost like they are both still reading the screen geometry/size and the mouse clicks from the smaller screen even though the applications have been moved to the larger screen.

So right now I just drag them over to the smaller screen and run them there but obviously not optimal. Thank you!
