Hey All,
I have an M1 MacStudio 10/24/32 and wondering if I would notice, enought to pay for, performance to justify buying a 16 or 32GB M4?
Specifically, using Elden Ring, for those of you with M4's...what settings do you use and what FPS do you get?

I have ER well it's my sons who bought it for our steam account and has never played it so I use it for testing for others. I'll give it a shot when i get home later around 12pm EST. I'll let you know what settings I use to get the best performance :) Just give me some time today and I'll do what I can for you. Do you want me to test off a USB-C drive install or a local install?

Hi,
First thing, if you're getting new hardware to only play Elden ring, anything but a Mac is better.
That said, with my M4 Mac mini I can get mid 40's FPS at 1080p with most of the settings set at low. At 1440p will be just above 30 FPS.
Online doesn't work so far to the best of my knowledge
