CrossOver Support - Community Forums

Hello,

I haven't played Genshin on the Macbook for a couple of months and just performed both Crossover update (24.0.6) and Genshin update (5.3). I can start the game and login without any problems, but after about a minute, I keep getting disconnected with the following error:
"You have disconnected

Abnormal activity detected on your device's operating environment, please restart your machine.
Error code: 10351-4001"

I found some information on how to fix this on other platforms: https://github.com/an-anime-team/an-anime-game-launcher/issues/450 - but I've tried running Genshin executable with command-line options and environment variables - but with no luck. Has anyone seen this and knows how to fix?
