So my question to CodeWeavers is, are these failures of Quicken updates a CrossOver issue or a Quicken issue? This is a pain. It happens every time there is a Quicken update. See previous threads/posts. Now the normal fix of running the quicken patch file (in this case QW27.1.59.35MPatch.EXE) manually in the CrossOver Quicken bottle doesn't work. It throws the same error (see attached picture) as running the update from within Quicken.
I or my system had no issues upgrading. It's an application designed to run within Windows OS. We're trying to make or get it to work in a way it's not suppose to. Victorious we get this far.
