I cannot activate Microsoft Office using my email account. When I type in my email and click "next", it is blank (no password field).
My Microsoft account does have 2FA enabled and, I did try to reinstall Office. I have no license key to manually enter.

Unfortunately, 2FA doesn't work with CrossOver at this time :/

I have the same issue with an account where 2FA is disabled. My linux distro is Ubuntu 24.04 LTS
When I read this thread - it looks like Office 365 install does not work in general - there is several answers for other linux distribution.:
e-MS Office 365 installs but white screen on sign in Arch Linux
