Hello, I had to reinstall my laptop (Linux Mint) and am now having problems after installing World of Warcraft. Before the new installation everything was working great.

The system remained the same (same laptop, same Linux Mint). Battle.net starts fine, the introductory video also runs fine, but after that it's just a pixelated / fractal image.

Does anyone have a solution suggestion for me?

Hallo, ich musste meinen Laptop neu installieren (Linux Mint) und habe nun Probleme nach der Installation von World of Warcraft. Vor der neu Installation lief alles hervorragend.

Das System ist gleich geblieben (gleicher Laptop, gleiches Linux Mint). Battle.net startet einwandfrei, Einführungsviedeo läuft auch einwandfrei, danach aber nur noch ein verpixeltes / fraktal Bild.

Hat jemand einen Lösungsvorschlag für mich?

You might be missing some dependencies that CrossOver needs. You can run the following commands to see if installing them makes a difference:

cd /opt/cxoffice
./cxfix --auto

thanks for your answer, but unfortunately it didn't help.

After installing the required additional packages, CrossOver hangs and has to be restarted.

Any other ideas? It worked before the reinstallation and nothing was changed on the laptop.

Nach der Installation der benötigten Zusatzpakete hängt sich CrossOver auf und muss neu gestartet werden.

Bild 5 - Battle.Net wird nach der Installation gestartet

Noch eine andere Idee? Es funktionierte ja vor der Neuinstallation und am Laptop wurde nichts geändert.

Is there a reason you're installing as an unlisted application? I'd recommend searching for Battle.net or World of Warcraft in CrossOver instead and installing that way.

Thanks for your answer, I've now tried it with the Crossover Battle.net client and have the same problem as with the original Blizzad client.
