I need to install the packages that are required for the import of an cxachive manually, as the automatic background script meant to do this gets stuck at "Waiting for dpkg lock". And no, there is nohting blocking my package system and manyally using apt works just fine.
I am on stretch - yes that's old and no longer supported but I got my reason why I'm on it. So please let's not argue about this.
