As I have never appreciated the M$ stark white UI,
which seemingly is what is used on each new Bottle,
how can I either

final insight.
to assure the UIs within a Bottle have a particular color scheme,
open Wine Configuration, then select Desktop Integration tab,
press button [Install theme...], navigate on hard drive to your target Soandso.THEME file.
Once program within that Bottle is launched, it should have desired color scheme.
Note: 'should' meaning one may need to verify each Item: drop-down to correct any colors.
Also, it seems the SCROLL BAR is NOT affected by any of these changes,
as it remains white in color.
