The Linux environment on ChromeOS has changed to a newer Debian version, and now Crossover does not install seamlessly like it used to. We are working on a fix for our next CrossOver release.
In the meantime, you can open a terminal and run "sudo apt update" followed by "sudo apt upgrade" in your Linux partition. After running those and then rebooting, CrossOver should install (as long as you are using an Intel Chromebook).
Please Note: This Forum is for non-application specific questions relating to installation/configuration of CrossOver. All application-specific posts to this Forum will be moved to their appropriate Compatibility Center Forum.
