I'm running the latest production version of Crossover on a new Acer Chromebook with 8GB memory and Intel 11th gen processor. With Quicken Premier running, the battery meter goes down exceptionally quickly. If I shut Quicken down (but leave Crossover running), everything seems normal.
Is there something that I can change to avoid the battery discharge? I did not have this problem with an earlier version of Crossover (version 18, I think).
I'm having the same issue with Quicken since I loaded the latest upgrade for Chromebook. Crossover by itself works fine, and I haven't noticed any issues with other programs, just Quicken. It will run my battery down to 0% in less than an hour. I can hear the fan running the entire time Quicken is running. The task manager reports the CPU usage for the Linux Virtual Machine is running at 300-500 with Quicken up. Any suggestions?
